BEFORE YOU ORDER

How much is shipping?

Rates depend on destination and items. Add to cart → checkout → enter your address to see the exact fee before paying.

Where do you ship and how fast?

Worldwide. Production/handling 1–3 days.

  • Standard: 7–14 days total (includes production)
  • Express: 6–10 days total (includes production)

Can one order ship to multiple addresses?

No. Place separate orders for different addresses.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?

Yes, where carrier routes allow.

Is Express available?

Yes—select Express at checkout when available.

Tip

Order early for gifts/peak seasons; carriers can be slower.

PROMO CODES

How do I use a promo code?

Enter your valid code in the “Discount code” box at checkout.

Can I add or stack codes after purchase?

Codes can’t be added after ordering. One code per order unless stated otherwise.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed when the carrier scans your parcel. Multi‑item orders may have separate tracking.

My tracking hasn’t updated—what now?

Allow 24–48 hours after label creation. If no movement beyond the carrier’s investigation window, contact us.

Tracking shows “delivered” but I can’t find it.

Check all entrances, mailboxes, neighbors, and your building office; then contact the local carrier with your tracking number. Still missing? Email us for help.

Replacements & refunds timing

Replacements: new tracking in ~3–5 business days after approval.Refunds: submitted in 0–2 business days; banks post in ~3–7 business days.

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Can I change or cancel?

Email us within 6 hours of purchase. Because we print on demand, changes may be unavailable after production starts.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, if we can stop production in time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s the return window?

Non‑custom items: 14 days from delivery if unworn/unused.Custom items: report defects within 30 days.

Who pays return shipping?

Our fault (defect, wrong item, damaged/lost): we cover or waive the return.Change‑of‑mind/size change (non‑custom): customer pays.

What payments do you accept?

PayPal and Visa/Mastercard.

When is my card charged?

Immediately after your order is placed.

Why was my payment declined?

Try another method or contact your bank; if it persists, email us.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. HTTPS encryption; payments processed by PayPal or our card gateway. We don’t store full card numbers.

PRODUCT & QUANLITY

How do sizes run?

Use the size guide on each product page; size up for a relaxed fit if between sizes.

Will colors/prints vary?

Minor variations can occur due to screens, fabrics, and print methods—normal for on‑demand production.

Quality checks

Each item is printed to order and inspected for print clarity, placement, and garment condition before packing.
