Return windows

  • Non‑custom items: return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery, if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Custom/personalized items: not returnable unless defective or we made an error; issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all requests.

What qualifies for a return or remake

  • Defective workmanship or materials
  • Incorrect item/color/size printed or shipped
  • Size materially inconsistent with our size guide
  • Damaged in transit (report within 7 days of delivery with photos)

Change‑of‑mind returns apply to non‑custom items only and must meet condition requirements above.

Items not eligible

  • Worn, washed, altered items, or items with odors/stains
  • Custom/personalized products without a verified defect
  • Final‑sale/clearance items (clearly marked)
  • Returns requested outside the window

How to start a return/exchange

1) Email support@craftgatedesign.com.2) Include your order number, reason, and photos if there’s a defect/damage.3) We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and instructions, plus a prepaid label if the issue is our fault.Return items to the address provided in your authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Who pays for shipping

  • Our fault (defect, damage, wrong item): Craftgatedesign covers the return or may approve a no‑return remake.
  • Size change or change of mind (non‑custom): customer pays return shipping.
  • International returns: customer pays return shipping and any customs fees unless the issue is our fault.

We recommend a trackable service. For items valued over $75, consider shipping insurance.

Exchanges

  • Non‑custom items: swap for a different size/color of the same product if in stock.
  • If the exact item isn’t available, choose a refund or store credit.

Processing timeline

  • We confirm receipt of your return within 1 business day of delivery to our return address.
  • Inspection takes up to 2 business days.
  • After approval, we process a refund, remake, or exchange per your request. Refund posting times are listed on the Refund Policy.

Lost or damaged packages

  • Damaged: contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost: if the carrier confirms loss after investigation, we’ll replace or refund.
