Shopping Policy

How We Ship

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, item count, and service level. Add items to cart and enter your address to see the exact cost before paying.
  • Services:
  • Standard: Estimated 7–14 calendar days total, including production.
  • Express: Estimated 6–10 calendar days total, including production.
  • Processing time: 1–3 days to craft, quality-check, and hand off to the carrier.

Coverage

  • Worldwide delivery wherever carrier networks and customs regulations allow.

Delivery Estimates & Variability

  • Timeframes are estimates and may shift due to carrier capacity, weather, customs inspections, or peak seasons.
  • We treat “business days” as Monday–Friday, excluding carrier or national holidays.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to display movement after label creation.

Address Accuracy

  • Please provide a complete, valid shipping address (including apartment/suite numbers and correct postal codes).
  • If an address change is needed, contact us promptly. We can update it before dispatch; after handoff, changes depend on carrier options and may incur fees.

Multiple Addresses

  • One order ships to one address. To ship to different locations, place separate orders.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

  • We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO where supported by the selected service. Express options may be limited or unavailable for these addresses.

International Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • International shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Local taxes (e.g., VAT), import duties, and customs fees—if any—are collected by your local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing can extend delivery times. For specifics, consult your local customs office.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

  • If a package returns to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal, we’ll contact you with options:
  • Reship: Pay the actual reshipping cost (calculated by service, destination, and parcel size/weight).
  • Refund: For eligible items, the product price may be refundable minus original shipping and return carrier fees, provided the item arrives unused and in resalable condition. Personalized/made-to-order items may be non-refundable per our Returns Policy.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist promptly.
  • Lost: If tracking shows no movement beyond the carrier’s investigation period, we’ll help file a claim and provide a replacement or solution per carrier confirmation.

Sustainability & Packaging

  • We aim to reduce waste by producing to order and using right-sized packaging whenever possible, while keeping your items protected in transit.
